• Carry at least 4-5 passport-sized photos, original ID proof, and both the original and photocopies of your address proof with you throughout the tour. These documents may be required to obtain permits in a Protected/Restricted area.

• The listed prices are per person and assume that at least two adults are travelling together.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Availability of rooms and rates at the time of confirmation is subject to change.
• Extra fees may apply for early and late check-ins, which depend on the availability of available rooms.
• Unless specified in the inclusions, vehicles are given point-to-point and are not accessible for disposal.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• Any changes to the ticket cost must be made before leaving.
• Low-cost and budget airlines do not provide child fares.
• We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
• If there is a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, the supplement will be applicable.

Acceptable IDs include a Passport and visa, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or Aadhar Card. Accommodation could be denied for lack of valid ID, with no company liability.
• The Standard check-in and check-out times are 1200 and 1100 hours, respectively.
• Package meals follow a menu/buffet policy. Charges apply for items outside the assigned menu.
• Many hotels provide extra beds/mattresses for double rooms needing more sleep spaces, as pertheir terms and conditions.
• Hill area hotels may not have amenities like TV, AC, Wifi, power backup, and lifts. Heaters may cost extra
• AC may not work on hills/parked cars. Full AC might cost extra. AC in tourist cars may feel less cool.
• We may provide a similar car if your booked vehicle is unavailable. In cases of major technical issues, we'll strive to arrange an alternative car quickly. Minor issues will be promptly repaired. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• The company isn't liable for harm, theft, or death during tours.
• Unexpected fuel price/economic crises may cause rate changes, though rare.
• Sightseeing vehicles allowed on route and within the city per itinerary. Some areas may need local transport at additional cost.
• Refunds or cancellations won't be granted in situations beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government decisions, political crises, transportation blockages, strikes, insolvencies, operational issues, or cancellations. If such events prevent customers from reaching their destination, we maintain no liability or obligation for a refund.
• Tripoint Holiday disclaims all liability for any changes or cancellations made to flights by the airline. Visitors must accept the airline's alternative. If the new option conflicts with the hotel reservation—which is non-refundable—they will not be reimbursed for the hotel stay and will instead be required to pay the new rate, which is subject to availability. Any rate difference must be paid if visitors agree to confirm their reservation on the updated date; if not, they may cancel their reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
