Booking:

  • 01 Term: Each person must pay 30% as a booking fee.
  • 02 Term: Clients need to pay 50% of the remaining balance post-booking before starting the visa process.
  • 03 Term: The outstanding balance is due upon receiving your Travel Documents.
  • We cater to NEFT/RTGS/bank transfer payments and don't handle cash.

  • The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
  • All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
  • If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
  • No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 31 days and above to departure 25% of cabin fare
  • 16 to 30 days to departure 50% of cabin fare
  • 0 to 15 days to departure 100% of cabin fare
  • No-Show 100% of total fare
  • Cancellation is only permitted for entire cabins.
  • Partial individual cancellations are not allowed.
  • For example, if 4 passengers are booked in a cabin and 2 passengers want to cancel, the cancellation will apply to the entire cabin.
  • Service charges and levies will be refunded.
  • GST for the refunded amount will also be returned.
  • Refunds will be processed within 31 working days from the cancellation date.

Rescheduling Fees:

  • 31 days and above NIL Fee + Fare difference if any
  • 16 - 30 days to departure INR 5000 per cabin + Fare difference if any
  • 1 to 15 days to departure INR 10000 per cabin + Fare difference if any
  • Rescheduled itineraries must commence within 6 months from the original itinerary date.
  • Free rescheduling - In case of the death of an immediate family member, with a valid death certificate.
  • Any payable fare difference will be the customer's responsibility.
  • GST will be applicable to any payable amount.
  • No refund will be provided in case of a date change from a higher cabin fare to a lower cabin fare date.
  • Rescheduling can be done only after the full payment of the previous booking.

By booking any tour or service with Tripoint Holidays, it is assumed that you unconditionally consent to accept and abide by these "Terms and Conditions." If you disagree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from proceeding with the booking.

  • The listed prices are per person and assume that at least two adults are travelling together.
  • Rates may change without prior notice.
  • Availability of rooms and rates at the time of confirmation is subject to change.
  • Extra fees may apply for early and late check-ins, which depend on the availability of available rooms.
  • Unless specified in the inclusions, vehicles are given point-to-point and are not accessible for disposal.
  • There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
  • Any changes to the ticket or visa cost must be made before leaving.
  • Low-cost and budget airlines do not provide child fares.
  • We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
  • The Standard check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1100 hours, respectively.
  • If there is a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, the supplement will be applicable.
  • From 2300 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival / departure transfers shall be applicable.
  • At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.

  • Visa process Time - We would require 04-05 working days to process the visas. Kindly note that immigration is closed Saturdays/Sundays and on public holidays.
  • There will be no live entertainment and no alcohol will be served during the religious events.
  • There are fees for festivals, trade displays, air shows, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, and New Year. On request, further alternatives are offered.
  • Depending on travel dates and availability, prices are subject to change without prior notice and are accurate as of the time of publication.
  • We will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay and/or any mistake in visa from embassy and visa fees is non-refundable.
  • Tripoint Holiday cannot guarantee that visa applications will be approved or denied; all approvals and denials are contingent upon the policies and guidelines of the relevant authorities.
  • Tripoint Holiday just serves as an intermediary for booking travel; it bears no liability for accepting or refusing a customer's entry into any nation. The concerned Embassy alone has the last say on matters, and Tripoint Holiday is not responsible for them. Tripoint Holiday disclaims all liability for any incidental costs or expenses that the customer may spend in connection with this.
  • Tripoint Holiday disclaims all liability for any changes or cancellations made to flights by the airline. Visitors must accept the airline's alternative. If the new option conflicts with the hotel reservation—which is non-refundable—they will not be reimbursed for the hotel stay and will instead be required to pay the new rate, which is subject to availability. Any rate difference must be paid if visitors agree to confirm their reservation on the updated date; if not, they may cancel their reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
